Breakfast: Sausage Omlette & 1/2 grapefruit Lunch: Raw Veggies w/ ranch dip Dinner: Ring Bologna :) & Brussel Sprouts
The diet I'm on is a low-carb one. Made popular by Dr. Atkins. I've lost much weight on it in the past. I will not give you the old standard, "I had a hard time keeping it off". I ate pizza, doughnuts, candy bars & enough McDonald's to kill a horse. Pubically, I will share my life with this diet.
