I got the digital scale I wanted. It's also a "BODY FAT ANALYZER". I don't believe it's accuracy on body fat, but I'm sure it's a great guide.
This weekend was pretty poor. This diet is easy as pie for me during the week. But, once I hit the weekend ... it's back to the old habit. This weekend will be especially difficult as I will be going out of state. Though, I'm determined to try ... and trying is most of the battle.
My opinion. If you try everyday ... If you think about change ... If you can believe you can change ... you will. Believing and taking a step forward is the best thing you could do for yourself. For every step back... take two steps forward.
