Yesterday Breakfast: Half grapefruit, scrambled eggs with onions Lunch: Sausage links, Atkins bar Dinner: Steak stirfry (steak, broccoli, onions, garlic)
I'm about ready to hit my first goal of 260 pounds! I think this week has been "extra ordinary". A couple times during the week, I used the Atkins Accel product. It's a nutritional supplement to help speed up metabolism and decrease appetite. Also, each day this week, I've done exercises. Previously, it was hard getting into that new routine, but now it's like brushing my teeth... can't forget to do it.
My exercises have been very simple. I fear my weight + higher blood pressure (not dangerous, but high) w/ strenuous workout, may equal disaster. I've been doing about 30 sit ups and 10 push ups in the morning. Though, in the last two days I've accomplish those with ease... so it may be time to raise the bar.
