Yesterday Breakfast: Sausage links & 1/2 Atkins Bar Lunch: Broccoli & Cauliflower w/ Dip Dinner: Hamburger w/ onions and steamed Broccoli
I'm back where I was last Friday. 3 DAYS OF DECADENCE took 4 DAYS TO BATTLE. I will be crossing off the 260 mark today.
Plan: 250 by March 21st.
