Yesterday Breakfast: 1/2 Atkins Bar & Sausage links Lunch: Big Salad... with shaved ham Dinner: Gouda cheese omlette with Sausage & Atkins bar
Today is Saturday. The plan/goal I made for myself yesterday was to get down to 250 by this coming Friday (3/21). Considering I'm losing about 2 pounds per day, I think this will be no problem.
Obviously, this is an Atkins Diet. I've become quite concerned about the rapid weight loss. Is this healthy? I checked out the ultimate resource and found the answer.
I'll be quite frank. I'm not starving. I feel better than ever.
