MY POLITICS
I hate speaking about politics. I hate wavving a flag or shouting.. I've held my beliefs quiet for years. But, in a nation so divided and friends divided, I simply can't stay quiet for long. This is a great Web site run from a neutral basis: www.merip.org - Middle East Reaserch & Information Project. There is a great PDF on the site that gives an excellent time line of the Ba'th Party.
Final thought in this entry: If a group of people can not stop a dictator from cruel and usual punishments, it's time for someone who can to step in.

Yesterday
Breakfast: Sausage links & Cottage cheese
Lunch: Salad w/ pastrami & cheese
Dinner: Salad w/ ham & cheese
Had to jump start things... big salad day...
Tonight we'll get back into the regular vegetables I like... Green beans, Brussel sprouts, Broccoli ... I'm leaving work now, I should get my bike out of the basement.
