Yesterday
Breakfast: Curry Chicken Stirfry - leftovers
Lunch: Pickles, Cottage Cheese & Beef jerkey
Dinner: Turkey Spam Salad
Yesterday, I ate a lot of sunflower seeds and beef jerkey through out the day. Obviously, these snacks are low-carb. Today I'm feasting on Sunflower seeds as it had no impact on me.
TONIGHT, I have cocktails and bowling in honor of Josh's birthday. I need to remember that Whisky Cokes are NOT carb free ... but Whisky Diet Cokes are! So, I expect a no weight change going into tomorrow. As booze and aspartame will level it out and hinder fat burn.
Hey, what's life with out a little tip of the glass from time to time?
