My goal is 240 by my birthday, which is Saturday. Since I plan on being throroughly wasted on both Fri & Sat night... this may cause a problem. I can drink the low-carb way. Any of the pure alcohols: rum, vodka, whiskey carry 0 carbs... mix that with diet soda & you are drinking low-carb.
Here's the rub on Friday, Patrick is coming up early... and we will be getting our "drink on" early... we'll need to eat somewhere low-carb as the alcohol will impede the weight loss.... so, essentialy.. I have to be 240 on FRIDAY MORNING when I wake up ... It's MONDAY and i'm 248.... in this experience I average 1 pound lost per day, some days 2... I think I had a 3 pound jump one day so far. I need to shoot for 3 pounds per day...

IF YOU GET THIS
You have the old .html url bookmarked. I'm such a novice to PHP that I really shouldn't be experimenting as I have been. But, I really don't think I did anything. I believe it's hosed on my server ... and it needs to get resolved soon.
